The Counted Loculus

Names, cut into every surface, so many that they run together into one long word. The walls stand 3 paces apart one way and 6 paces the other: a chamber of some size. Two lengths of floor meet in a square corner, and the wall of the inside corner is scored with tool marks. Dried daisies have been pressed into the mortar along the shelves, row after row.
