The West Stair Head
Six steps go up from here to a landing that turns west, which is the sort of thing this dungeon does. The treads are worn in the middle. A handrail bracket remains, holding nothing, polished bright by a great many hands, most of which must have belonged to people carrying something heavy up them.
Depth 7.
You are reading the dungeon, not walking it. Rooms are only created by people, and only from inside the maze.
