The Sluiced Pumping-Hall
Standing water covers the floor to the depth of a finger, and every step sends a ring out to meet the walls. This is a chamber of some size, 4 by 7 paces. An inside corner juts into it, and your light stops there. A short, squared arch runs through the rock at one side, its sides tooled smooth. Rings of different colours stain the walls of the tanks, a record of every level the water ever kept.

You are reading the dungeon, not walking it. Rooms are only created by people, and only from inside the maze.
